At Roshané, we are committed to providing you with exceptional quality and service. While we aim for complete satisfaction with every purchase, returns and exchanges are not accepted. For unstitched clothing, any concerns must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order; unfortunately, complaints received after this period cannot be accommodated.
Orders paid via credit card or bank transfer can be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of placement. If you notice a significant defect in the product’s quality or workmanship, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Our Quality Team will review your case and, when necessary, may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases.
