Order and Delivery Policies
1. Payment Method
All orders, whether national or international, are processed through bank deposit. Please ensure payment is completed as per the instructions provided in your order confirmation.
2. Order Confirmation
Once you receive your confirmation email or call regarding your order and payment details, your order will be held for 36 hours. If payment is made after this period, please confirm with us to ensure the items are still in stock.
3. Product Availability
While we strive to fulfill your original order, Roshané cannot guarantee item availability if payment is delayed beyond the 36-hour window. In such cases, if any item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of the same value in product, design, or colour. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to item availability, and we will not be held responsible for such delays.
4. International Orders
International orders are processed only after full payment is received. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges outside Pakistan are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Domestic Orders
Revised Payment Policy (Pakistan Orders):
For customers within Pakistan, orders are confirmed with a 75% advance payment. The remaining 25% will be paid as Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of order delivery.
